I was doing the electric circuit design of
the
audio equipment.
Report: The compact disc player (extract),
I did the design which used the automatic adjustment
of a tracking control circuit into a servo IC by SONY.
I did set up the gain rate of the control system.
In case of this IC, the adjustment of gain is that
the manual adjustment will be desirable.
(The automatic adjustment of a tracking gain is
possible with the restrictions.)
I did some improvement designs for the servo
capability which played some defect (blot) disks and
some twist disks.
I did a new electricity circuit design. Its new
design is a cost cut design that depended by
the reasonable produce systems of the CD pickup
mechanism.
I did a design for stabilizing the power control
of a laser diode.
I did the design of a motor control filter on used
a decoding IC by SONY.
It is a design on used an op-amp for making
the DC control.
I did a design which improved the error rate.
(It is an electric diagram)
Sound
amplifier circuit diagram,
I did the design which used a power amp IC included
a
Vhi Vlow circuit and a temperature sensor by SANYO.
(It
is a means for making a small radiator, but it
is
unidentified.)
I
did some redesigns the basic composition of
some old designs.
The
redesign is the performance's improvement which
put the fuse resistances for security and the cost
cut.
I did design corresponding to the speaker system of
4-ohm
load. Happening was a bad contact point of
a
relay. ( Some "Infinity" speaker systems and some
speaker
systems are the 4-ohm load. ) And I designed
the
relay electric circuit for which it is safe.
(
Infinity is a brand in Harman International. )
I accepted the GND connect method of some old design,
and
I did correction the latest design.
I stopped some problem-oscillating-parts in it.
Aug. 1998
Dismissal from Harman International Nagoya.
Reason: You said that about the transformer.
You
requested the design of a transformer to me.
You
said,"Please do not change a core, and use it
about 1.5 times electric power by only to change
the
taps of the output side."
(From max power about 50w+50w to max power about
50w+50w+50w. This transformer is the output power
about 12.5w for the temperature limit.
This core's size is about 78x57x91. Its power is
one's single wave made from the DC voltage. )
I said, "This can not make it."
I said, "The reason is, it has to enlarge the volume
of a core for the output power to obtain."
I did a conclusion.
