I was living in Kochi Prefecture Kochi City for 3 years from 1992 March to 1989. This is in Shikoku and the island where it is being called. It faced the Pacific Ocean, and it was the warm area which the Japan Current surged over.

I took the fourth rank miniature vessel license here. A ship can be borrowed in 1 day around 6,000 yen, and raised very cheap when it goes with 3.4 people.

A ship was borrowed in Usa bay, and fishing was done mainly in Tosa bay of the benevolence Niyodo River mouth of a river.It could go to the ship lodging in about 30 minutes.

A horse-mackerel, mackerel fishing were done mainly.

But, it rides on the fishing boat, and it is general to go to the change in Japan. It feels scarce by the sea fishing in the place to lend a ship with the power.
