Director's message
It all began in 2021, KAITO's 15th anniversary year.With events like Magical Mirai and Hatsune Miku Symphony being so incredibly exciting,
I thought, “This year's anniversary events are too amazing - but maybe the 20th anniversary won't be big like this year.”
Whether the official events do something or not,
as just a fan, I wanted to do something to celebrate KAITO's 20th anniversary, or even a pre-celebration.
That's when I remembered a topic that had gained traction on X (formerly Twitter).

When I decided to do something with this theme,
I received kind offers of support from experienced creators,
which led to various connections and help from many people.
“Destruction” and “Rebirth,” “Catastrophe” and “Healing,” ‘Death’ and “Life.”
Rather than focusing on just one side, I planned two compilation albums centered on these pairs.
Thinking “Why not do everything I want to do?”,
I had DDKAITO doll costumes made and participated as a storekeeper at distribution spaces.
I actively traveled to regional events hoping younger people and those who don't usually listen to KAITO would reach this compilation album.
To those who responded or mentioned to the compilation album, those who accepted commissions, those who listened this album.
Thanks to the many "relations" formed over nearly 18 years since meeting KAITO,
I was able to give shape to my vision like this.
Please support the compilation albums 【禍】 and 【嘉】.
