Released as the second single in November of '98. In Japan too, it was released with the same artwork and the same contents.

Straight to the Moon is basically the same as Resuscitation with different lyrics. It sounds like kind of a demo. The live version of My Favorite Mistake indeed sound like the demo too, because there is no clapping or audible audience's reaction.
