The track listing is the same as that of UK 4-track single(581 885 2). The studio version of On the Outside was originally on the soundtrack "The X-Files: Music From & Inspired." Live version of the song appears on some other singles, but this is the only CD from Sheryl which has the studio version. The introduction reminds me of Carpenter's This Masquerade. While UK single is hard to find now, Japanese version is still on catalogue and pretty easy to locate one.
