Tokyo Setagaya "Tamagawa-dai kumin center".Walk from Yoga station of "Tokyu ShinTamagawa line", and be five minutes.
The date and time:
Be PM 9:00 from PM 6:00 of the second Tuesday and the fourth Tuesday.
Dues:
2.000 yen a month (the score charges + center fee for use).
