Sinhala grammer is completely different from Japanese grammer. It is stupid
to say the correspondence of the words between Japanese and Sinhala language.
Almost all person ,both who know Sinhala and know nothing about Sinhala
,said so.
But I do not care it..
Language Specialist has their own style on lauguage. Any arguments and
opinions may come out freely.
Even though so , it shall never change that " you can speak Sinhala easily through Japanese words and grammar"
It is sure that Sinhala is not resemble Japanese when compared them in
literary style . But Spoken Sinhala and some literary words has quite many portions those are common to Japanese.
For your sinhala speaking I recomend you to care these three points ---
(1) When you speak Sinhala, conceive in Japanese first.
(2) Convert Japanese into Sinhala directly.
(3) Take a caution to five sound pattern of " a " which are not
in Japanese.
You may have it as " only a technique for conversation practice ".
I do not mind it if you thought it as speaking technique only . But it
is clear that you can speak Sinhala with my method.
