カート・コバーン自殺後、Nirvanaのドラマーだった
デイブ・グロールは一念発起して、自らのバンドを結成することにした。
1stアルバム『Foo Fighters』はバンド名義にはなっているものの、
演奏はすべてデイブ自身が行っている。
2ndアルバムからはフルバンドの形態をとり、
デイブはギターとヴォーカルを担当。
ぶっ太いアメリカン・ハードロックを聴かせてくれている。
バンドのメンバーはチョコチョコっと変更され、
音の力強さは増す一方だが、
バンドがこれからどこへ向かっていくのは
少し気になるところではある。
（少し行き詰まってるんじゃないか？と感じてるのは、オレだけ？）
今のところ、ケツが選ぶフーファイ最高のアルバムは
『The Colour and the Shape』です！
２００５年夏、ニューアルバムの発表とともに
