"KouYou" `Red leaves`
November/2002
The weather has turned cold for the last
few weeks. But we had worn short-sleeved
T shirts in October because it had been warm
everyday.
There are hour seasons in Japan. Every season
have determined periods of time and we change
our clothes with each season. We usually
start wearing long sleeved shirts in September.
But this year we thought the autumn wouldn't
come early because it hadn't been cold at
all. We felt it was very cold a few weeks
ago. So we put our thick coats in a fluster.
And leaves rapidly brought new colors to
the mountains. It actually started two weeks
early than usual.
I heard Kyoto was very crowded last week.
I thought trees of the ARASHI-YAMA must bear
beautiful colors.
