Peace March, which aims to reach Hiroshima and Nagasaki in August, started Tokyo last month. Participants marched to Shizuoka Prefecture on May 19.

Each time the March passed around local autnomy of Shizuoka, he made an appeal of Hibakusha and called on holding an Panel exhibition for informing residents the real features and desire of Hibakusha.

In the Peace March, there are some participants who walk through the course from Tokyo to Hiroshima. Most of these participants are youths of their twenties and the youngest is 19 year old girl.

Toshiya Yamashige, the leader of these participants, 28 year old worker for CO-OP Izumi-city Osaka, said, "I was so impressed by Hibakusha who have been continually making efforts for eliminating nuclear weapons and I thought I should do something for peace."

Other members' thoughts were also close that they knew the real features of Atomic Bombing and the desire of Hibakusha.

Hibakusha, struggling with Atomic Bombing seem to touch young people and drive them to join Peace Movement.

These young participants express their gratitude for marching with Hibakusha.
