  Robot Downlink     :  29.458 ,  29.504 MHz
  Beacon frequencies : 145.862 , 145.908 MHz


I received RS-13 CW telemetry at 23:08:20z Feb 21, 2002,
with 145.862MHz, 1200bps.

And I analyzed each channel as follows.

  3. 15 mtr RX, 0 dB attenuator ON; power output 10m TX  00/10 =  0.0 W

I copied CW from RS-13 ROBOT at 08:29-08:46z, Mar 8, 2002.
The received frequency was 145.908 MHZ(+/- doppler 2kHz)
every about 67 seconds.
