Papaya Cooking  19 May 2020

1. Peel the green outside of the papaya.                                         
   The inside is hollow and the surrounding part is pure white.                  
2. Chop with a knife and soak in water for about 30 minutes to remove the scent. 
3. Add goya, carrot, onion and seasoned pork.                                    
4. Spread canola oil on a frying pan and add a little salt, pepper and soy sauce.
5. Add a large amount of miso and stir well on medium heat.                      
6. The bitterness is completely removed, and it is pale and crispy.              
7. For the dessert after eating, I drastically cut the locally produced pineapple
   I bought at an unmanned store and ate it.                                     

    



"VERA Astronomical Observatory" in Ishigaki Island closed !?  20 May 2020

There were newspaper reports that it would be closed in June 2020.                  
It is not overstated that I changed my address to Ishigaki Island because there     
is the "VERA Astronomical Observatory" that I have visited many times in the past.  
The government seems to have decided to close it because of the budget cut.         
Is it possible to continue operation even if it is outsourced to the private sector?
