●ヌメ革は日光浴させることで、うっすらと色づき始め、革自体の持つオイルと 水分が次第に革の表面に出て、汚れをつきにくくする保護膜を作ります。 日光浴をさせる期間は、天候などにも左右されますが、標準で２〜３週間です。 直射日光が最も早く色づき、長時間当てても革を傷める心配はありません。 要は、淡いベージュ色になるまで日光浴させることが、きれいに使える第一の ポイントとなり、後々のお手入れを省くこともできます。
※日光浴の際、金属部分などを全て分解し、ふたを広げた状態にして日光浴 させていただくと、きれいに仕上がります。また、底面の日光浴もお忘れなく。

●ちょっとした汚れが気になる場合は、市販の革用消しゴムをお薦めします。 軽く擦っていただくだけで、目立たない程度に汚れを落とすことができます。 また、無色の革用中性クリーナー（店頭にはキィウイの物がおいてありました。） もご利用いただけますが、クリーナーには 油分か多いためムラの原因になりますので、少し使い込んでツヤがでてきてから こ利用ください。 柔らかい布にクリーナーを少量取り、汚れた部分を丁寧に拭き取ります。 インクや油性の汚れは完全に落とすことはできませんが、使い込むほどに 色か深まりますので徐々に目立たなくなります。

●BREEのヌメ革は非常に水に強い革ですので、雨などに濡れることは心配ありません。 初めのうち、濡れたところかシミとして残ることかありますが、この場合は なるべく早いうちに、タオルなどの柔らかい布に少し熱めのお湯（水は不可）を たっぷり浸し軽くしぼった状態で、シミの箇所を含む革全体を、思い切って ゆっくり濡らすように拭いてください。その際、強く擦りすぎないようご注意下さい。 表面が乾けばシミは取れています。

●BREEのヌメ革は、常に油分と水分か調和されている時が、一番生き生きとしています。 少し乾燥気味のときや、長く愛用してくたびれてきたときは、ミンクオイルを薄く 馴染ませてください。

Hartmann products are very durable. They are specifically designed for minimal care and will require very little attention over the years. Should you need to clean your overhead garment bag, follow these guidelines to help you maintain its beauty.

BELTING LEATHER

This impressive leather acquires a lustrous patina with age. To clean, wash with a soft cloth and warm water．Wash the entire area evenly - not just the soiled spot - and dry thoroughly.

Scuffs or bruises can be minimized by rubbing the area with a soft, dry cloth. This brings the natural oils to the surface.

Saddle soaps and commercial leather cleaners or preservatives are not recommended. While they will not harm the leather, they often contain wax or oil which can darken the leather or cause it to permanently show water spots.

When the product is new, the natural waxes may form a milky looking film on the surface. Simply rub with a clean, dry, soft cloth to see the natural beauty emerge. Reoccurrence of this film will lessen as you use your Hartmann piece.

The natural glove−tanned leather of our Classic and Business Collections is not treated or sealed，nor is the water buffalo leather used in many of our fine small leather goods. This natural "exposed" leather is therefore vulnerable to change which means it burnishes easily, growing more lustrous and deepening in color the more it is used. This is a desirable, natural process, not something meant to reverse.

We advise surface cleaning these products with Coach Leather Cleaner and a soft cloth. The Cleaner is a wax−free formula that cleanses the grain of the natural leather. It will, however, deepen the color of water buffalo leather.

Ink marks or grease stains are not removable and should be left alone as most will blend into the darker leathers as they wear.

Scratch marks can usually be removed by simply rubbing them with your fingertips until the natural oils in your hand cause the marks to disappear.

We recommend moisturizing your product after cleaning. Coach Leather Moisturizer should be applied sparingly and massaged into the leather. Then, buff with a soft bristle brush or cloth．

●引っ掻き傷は指先を使って磨く事で、手の自然な油分により消えていきます。

●磨いた後は「Coach Leather Moisturizer」で潤いを与え、剛毛のブラシか 布で磨きます。

This bag wash in a mild soap.

Hand wash in cold water using mild detergent.

Do not bleach or dry clean and iron.

Rince with fresh water if expose to saltwater.

Dry in an aerated spot for easy to dry.

●もしくは中性洗剤を使い、冷たい水の中で手洗いしてください。

●ドライクリーニングや漂白、アイロンがけ等は避けてください。

●海水がかかった場合には水道水等の淡水で洗い流してください。

●風通しの良い場所で乾かせば簡単に乾かせます。

●綿部分は汚れた個所を軽くブラッシングしながら水洗いし、ドライヤーで 乾燥してください。 丸洗いはなさらないで下さい。 また、洗剤、溶剤の使用は避けてください。

●防水スプレー等は使用しないで下さい。

●縫い糸がほつれたり、破れたりした場合は、最寄りの販売店に 連絡してください。 全ての部分の修理が可能です。
