They are funny guies.
I can't believe I meet them for the first time.
Poet said to me, "I think a man with a cowboy hat and tatoo is cool. That is why you need tatoo."
Pat said, "NO, no. In Japan it is a symbol of Yakuza, Japanese gang. So How about temporary ones?"
Poet grab my arm and bite.
Frank said, "You need a injection with a big needle."

This morning I got two e-mails from our Harley family members.
They can't join us this year.

Sandy road caused me to slip the bike.
I fell down for the first time in my life.
Wild Bill gave me hug.
Pennie said, "Bike can fix it. I worry about your body."
Pat said, "Everybody do this. Don' worry. Bike isn't broken."
It is my fault.
Pennie said, "Welcome to our club."
I know how much they cheered me up.
Bill said, "Your new nick name is "Smooth Landing".
He gave me a hug tightly and a special drag for reducing my pain.

"Mean" J, Poet's 883, went off and caught fire at the handle grip.
Poet was explaining details to her students.
This night, we ate Mexican dinner.
We laughed and laughed.
Everybody knows how much shocked I felt today.
Laughter made me relaxed.

Today we were off the road.
We went to the downtown Estes park.
Pat and Pennie held hands.
As soon as Poet saw them, she suddenly held my hand.
"Oh My God!"
Two hours later, Pat walked with Pennie's brand new nice clothes.

Frank and I went flyfishing.
Though we wanted to fish, we had to walk for about one hour.
Here was so high place that we couldn't breathe our breath freely.
Frank (to tell the turth, I also) needed a lot of short time rests every 50 steps.
At first Frank said, "Each rest enables us to find wild life.
At last Frank said,"You wanna kill me?"
He was funny.
We finally got to the fishing point
It was silent and full of peace.
I slipped and put one leg in the cold water, but Frank had already been sitting in the water.
Today's lesson

Thanks to Kirt, the excellent instructor, we could get fish.
Just two throw, I could catch a big one.
It was a beginner's luck.
After that, I caught Colorado rocks, pieces of wood, including myself.
Every time my lure was stuck, Kirt was willing to jump into the river.
Anyway I could get a big beautiful one, "Greenback cutthroat trout".
I heard that it is an endangered fish.
This is a gift from the nature.
I caught it, cared it, and released it.

We must save our world.

They were waiting for us in front of the motel without dinner.
Bill said, "Haji! Let's eat SUSHI"
That was why I gave them presents that I had brought from Japan
I was glad to see them smile.
Poet said, "We had a bad news and a good news."
A bad news is my bike is dead.
A good news is I have to sit Haji's back seat.
"Oh My God!"

I had to say "See you next year" to Bill & Denise.
Bill kissed me on the cheek and said,"Keep the black side down!"
Denise worried about my shouder again.
She has sweet heart.
I will miss them a lot now.
We left for Torrington.
Pat, Frank, Ann, and I rode Harleys, Pennie drove the truck.
Guess where is Poet?
Poet was sitting on her bike in the truck.

We took route 25 north.
As we came near to Sturgis, we could see many Harleys passing us.
Each rider raised his or her hands.
When I came near to Frank, both his hands were off the handle bar.
Oh my God!

On the way to Torrington, we dropped in at Fort Laramie.
Here is one of the most important place in order not to forget American histroy.
In there we saw a bird flying over this national park.
Frank taught me how to tell a hawk from other birds.
Hawk's wings looks like a figure "W".
Vulture's wings a "V".
It was interesting.
He taught me a lot of nature world and native indian cultures.
He is very inteligent.
Frank taught me like this:
"I,ve gotten 5days outta one pare of socks and 4 outta one pair shorts. "

At Fort Laramie, we saw many historical things.
Ann said, "Can you imagine? Our ancestor walked and walked west, just hope of new life.
When she said that proudly, she looked cooler than usual.

We rode up to Rapidcity.
I love to see my baddies riding in front of me.
I love to ride a Harley looking up at the sky.
Cloud must be an artist, a genius.
Cloud always tells us what will happen next.
If we have black huge cloud ahead of us, we'll prepare for rainwears.
If we have no cloud, we go and get shade.
Anyway
I was late for getting enough space to cool down today.

We enjoy taking rest as well as riding Harley.
Once we get a table, we talk talk talk.
First I think this is American tradition.
But now I realize our table is always the noisiest.
Are we normal average Americans?
Pat and Pennie say that Haji always eats fast.
I don't think so.
I just concentrate on eating, but they are crazy about talking their own story.
I notice people at the other tables watching us with sour expression every time.

In the morning.
"Good morning my student!" Jeanine said smiling.
"Good morning my teacher" I said.
She gave me some review tests about last night idioms that I had learned. <smiling>.
"Breathing down my neck."
"Waiting on me hand and foot"
"Bad mouthing"
I passed her test and I got a delicious breakfast made by Pennie.

Russ took me to Deadwood.
On the way there, we took a short rest beside a lake.
When I took his picture, he said, "I will be a next model."
He pretended to be famous Pat picture.
He is funny.
I lost no time in making friends with him.

Deadwood is on TV now.
That is why he wanted to visit.
The atmosphere made us comfortable.
We saw some beautiful ladies riding or walking along the street.
I tried to take their pictures.
He said, "Did you get it."
I said, "Of course."
I am speaking terms with him.
He also taught me a new slang, "Ba-cow-zu", which mean "bathroom" in Siciliam.
I am sure he is nice guy.

We went to HOG Reception at Civic Center.
Pennie was so excited.
She said,"This year, my turn."
She found her new bike.
She looked happy.
Luckly or unluckly, I found my favorite FLSTS 2004.
It was so attractive that I asked my wife whether I would buy it by e-mail.
She said, "I have already had a new dishwasher. Now I need a new husband...maybe."

We had new girls.

Francoise rode a low rider from Boston to Rapidcity.
It took her 8 days to get here.

We rode through some tunnels and got to Deadwood.
We matched on the main street, making loud noises.
At Deadwood, Pat said, "Haji, You have to take a picture of "T&A".
T means Tits.

I learned it quickly and I followed his order.

Peggy had Frank repaired her bike.
Frank is an engineer.
He is good at fixing Harley.
I really admired him.
Today, his dirty T-shirt looked brilliant.
Frank is also good at hunting anything.
I wondered what they were talking.
" Where were you last night ?"
" That's so long ago, I don't remember."
" Will I see you tonight ?"
" I never make plans that far ahead."
I felt like seeing a kind of movies, love stroy.
Anyway, I left here without making noise.

Girls went to Rushmore mountain and Crazy house.
Frank and I chose to go to Sturgis.
I missed girls very much.
Especially, I missed Poet like toothach.<laughing>
She gave me a notebook.
Now I can write down funny phrases anytime, anywhere.
First we rode throuth Spearfish Canyon and we dropped in at Frank's camping site to unload his baggage.
It will not be long before you know how cold this morning was.
I took only three pictures at Spearfish canyon.
Frank was only one rider in T-shirts on the Intertate 90.
He finally wore a jacket.
I don't know why...I felt relieved.

We went to Sturgis.
Pat envied us a lot.
He told me to find T&A and take some pictures.
That was why we spent all day at Sturgis.

We ate Gator tails and Frog legs.
Those are Frank's favorite dishes.

We went to motorcycle musium.
To our surprise, we found the exactly same bike that Frank had used when he was young.

I parted with Frank at Sturgis.
He headed for camping ground.
I rode a Harley without any company.
When I got back home, I could get in the house.
I waited for some times but I decided to take another adventure to girl's house.
They were welcome to me.
Ann made special salad for me.
She is good at cooking.
Francoise gave me a cup of hot tea.
They were waiting on me hand and foot.
Pat envied me a lot and said, "I am a chopped liver."<laughing>
We had a very good time.
When Pat, Pennie and me went back another home, Ann lent me her jacket.
It made my heart warm as well as my body.
Pat and I had nice evening ride looking at huge number of stars.
"It wasn't so bad, Haji."
We went to bed without saying good-night.
I was anxious for checking today's T&A.
Pat was anxious for Satuday night again.

We went to Spearfish Canyon.
On the way there we had a little rain.
But we enjoyed riding.

I met a Japanese girl who has been travlling 40 coutries in one and half year.
She started from Japan for Russia and rode through to Europe.
She took the ship to South America and rode up to Sturgis.
Sturgis is her goal.
What an amazing adventure she did.
Her name is Minori "Micky" Nishimura.

Early in the morning, we went to Custer park again to meet baffaros.
It was so cold. Can you imagine the temperture was 38 F degree (2 C degree) in summer time?
That was why we got dressed in winter gears.
Everybody wore too much clothing.
I couldn't tell which one was which any more.

Tony, Veronica, Francoise and I rode down to the Hillcity. We had lunch.
As soon as we finished eating, Tony and Veronica had a delicious talk about another good resturant.
I am full. I couldn't follow them.
Veronica confessed to me how much she missed her husband, Mike.
She said, "Mike is looking forward to seeing your T&A pictures."
That is why I decided to go to Sturgis again.

Occasionally go out with friends - without your spounse. It's normal and even necessary, and will enrich your marriage.

This afternoon I visited Harley Dealer at Black Hill alone but had a good time.
I wanted to buy many T-shirts but I decided to save money.
We had "Sayonara" dinner at Hill City.
On the way there, Peggy said, "Riding and Eating made me get fat. I don't have any pants to fit now"
Candy asked me how my daughter was.
I said, "She looked like me."
They said, "Oh my God!"<laughing>

At 8:00, we met at a typical American place, "Save Way" parking lot.
Veronica worried about breakfast.
Maybe she was hungry.
During ride, I worried about her health.
At 11:00, finally we had breakfast.
I felt relieved.

"What a beautiful land we have" Peggy said.

Pat and I went to Sturgis at night.
Before we went, Pat was dressed up.
He was really excited about visit.
