A small elliptical galaxy at the tip of Leo's hind leg has a number of NGC3640. The galaxy has a long axis of 4 arc minutes and a visual brightness of 11.3th magnitude. We cannot detect no striking structure in the galaxy. And there is a compact galaxy of NGC3641 just 2 arc minutes south of NGC3640.
