This star field picture has captured around the Pleiades and its eastern region with a span of 16.7×8 degrees. We astro-photographers can take images of bluish nebulae around the Pleiades easily, but actually this field includes extraordinary thin nebulosities in wide area. We have several striking areas with catalogue numbers like IC353, LBN777 and so on. These nebulae are part of same gaseous matter that formed member stars in the Pleiades. The eastern dark nebulae with complicated shapes in image are part of "Taurus molecular clouds" having star-forming activities spread around back of the Taurus with a span of over 10 degrees.
