The Angel Fish is a gigantic extent of inter-stellar matter at the Orion's head with a size of about 5 degrees in apparent diameter. A central star in this picture is rambda Ori, and you can identify Betelgeuse (alpha Ori) on the lower left-hand side.
The nebula is extremely faint, so it's absolutely impossible to recognize that in naked eyes by using of any methods. This nebula has a number of Sh2-264 officially.
