The Jansen, positioned at south east part of moon, has a diameter of 190km and was formed about 4 billion years ago, one of the oldest craters in lunar surface. The Jansen has several satellite craters being piled up and the rim of Jansen has been lost its shape. I took this picture when the terminator approached just above the crater; the interior of Jansen cannot be seen clearly. But you can appreciate a clear valley of Lockyer and microscopic craters.
