You can copy or export your graph.
Click the graph before you copy or export it. Currently, ScatterMaker only support PDF. If you do not need a background, click and select a graph then copy or export it.
A PDF file for your graph is stored in your scmdoc file. You do not have to pick it out in "Finder", unless ScatterMaker is lost or dead.
