Released as the second single from the album, it went up to number seven in the UK and helped pushing the album to its peak position(number two).

Though all songs are included on "Ay Fond Kiss," here you will know how diverse the music of the band is.

"Watching the Party" is just fun and makes you feel like dancin'. "You Send Me" is a Sam Cooke cover which illustrates how good Eddi can interpret and develop songs into her style. "Ay Fond Kiss" is a traditional song by Robert Burns, very beautifully sung by Eddi Reader. This song was done in a capella on one day in '98 Japan tour, which made my dream come true.

The artwork is different not only in size, but the pictures it holds are different too between Japanese and UK versions. Both pictures are taken from the music video to the song, but Japanese uses the still of the dance scene at the ending while UK version uses one with the band playing on the stage.
