She was on the show for more than 1 hour 20 minutes. *According to Eddi's Twitter and Twitter of Meltdown, Eddi joined the concert by Alan Price Set on June 14 as part of Meltdown, which took place from June 10 to 19 under the supervision of Ray Davies. She performed "Wonderboy" and "Days."
*In "The Hour", a TV program on Scottish TV station STV, an interview with Eddi who visited Barbados for an appearance at Barbados Celtic Festival as well as her performance of "Love Is the Way" with John Douglas was broadcast on June 3. The video is available to watch here.
*According to Eddi's facebook, Eddi contributed her story about Bob Dylan to the blog by BBC Radio Scotland as one of the artists who performed at the Bob Dylan tribute concert in this year's Celtic Connections . *Eddi appeared in a telephone interview on BBC Radio Kent program "Roger Day", which was broadcast on Jan. 31. Eddi talked about: a Cork festival appearance after Fairground Attraction break-up, Susan Boyle and the current music scene, jingle for Tesco, how she got the job as a backing singer for Eurythmics, her idea on making albums, and so on. *Eddi appeared as a suprise guest at Forever Young - A 70th Birthday Tribute to Bob Dylan," which was held on Jan. 24 in Celtic Connections. She sang "Buckets of Rain."

*According to Eddi's Facebook, Eddi appeared on BBC Radio 2's The Great British Faith that was hosted by Hardeep Singh Kohli and broadcast on Dec. 15. This program was a three part series, and Eddi appeared on the third episode about Glasgow. Eddi was interviewed at the Glasgow Barrowlands and sang a part of the song of the same name.

*Eddi performed at BBC Radio Scotland Pacific Quay on Jan.28 as a guest of Alan Kelly Quartet who was a one of the performer at Archie Fisher's Travelling Folk in Celtic Connections. Eddi appeared with John Douglas and performed two songs, "Wild Mountainside" and "I Hung My Harp Upon The Willows" (a song from Alan Kelly's latest album, the song once called "Robert's Story"). The show was broadcast live and could be heard at the program's website (Eddi's part starts from1:42:40 into the show). Also, BBC's Celtic Connections 2010 site carries a video of "I Hung My Harp Upon The Willows"(here, unable to watch outside UK and Ireland).
*BBC Radio Scotland broadcast a program titled "Eddi Reader on Burns", which is probably the repeat of the program that was broadcast in last July . In this program, it seems that Eddi was the hostess and spoked about every track from her "Songs of Robert Burns" album.
*According to MySpace, Eddi appeared as a special guest at Bobby McFerrin's concert , which was held on Jan. 18 as part of the Celtic Connections. They performed "Lullaby of Birdland" together. The song will be broadcast on BBC Radio 2's program "Celtic Connections" on Jan. 30 from 10:00pm..

Her appearance is about one hour and twenty three minutes into the show right after "Roses" was aired and she was on for 25 minutes. Eddi was with Boo Hewerdine, John Douglas, and Alan Kelly and performed two songs, "My Shining Star" and "It's Magic." In the interview, she talked about such as the current tour, her family, the new album and Mark Freggard, why she chose to be a singer and her early career, acting career, her current position.

*According to the official site, Eddi appeared in one of the episodes of a new TV series by 1 Giant Leap, with whom Eddi has collaborated before, called "What about Me?" broadcast on Channel 4 in the UK. Eddi was in the episode No.4, "Love and Need". This TV series is now released on DVD on June 9.
*Japanese group Cubismo Grafico Five's latest single "Sweet Blindness" features Eddi as the lead vocal. The song is a cover of Laura Nyro, which also was a hit for the Fifth Dimension. It is only on 7'' EP. It seems that the recording was made while Eddi was in Japan during last year's Japan tour. There are descriptions on the recording (only in Japanese) and a few pitures in their blog. You can hear a part of the song at online stores (1, 2, 3). *The DVD and CDs that contain performances of Transatlantic Sessions 3 are out. *HMV.co.jp now lists Japanese version of "Peacetime", which includes a bonus track "Calton Weaver" and will be released on Jan.24. Also, according to Compass Records, the album will be released in the US on Feb.20 containing 15 tracks with one more additional track "Ontario".

The official shop states that it's "In Stock", so It seems you don't have to wait until the UK release date. *According to e-mails from the official mailing list, the new album "Peacetime", which is probably taken from the title of the Boo's song from his album "Anon", will be out in the UK on January 29 from Rough Trade. It will be released from JVC in Japan and Compass Records in the US, respectively, though the release dates are unknown.
*The performances on BBC Radio 2's Mike Harding Show on Dec.7 last year, dubbed as "Rubber Folk" celebrating the 40th anniversary of Beatles' Rubber Soul is released on CD on Aug.14 and it contains Eddi & Boo's "What Goes On." In the program, 14 folk/trad artists such as Waterson:Carthy, Paul Brady, Ralph McTell, June Tabor, Cara Dillon, Show Of Hands, performed the songs from Rubber Soul in the original track order.

Though the date of her appearance is not announced yet, the ticket will go on sale from June 1. Limited quantities will be available through Ticketmaster.ca too. *According to a fan who went to Eddi, Boo Hewerdine & Clive Gregson concert on Aug.28 in Bolton, UK, they played for more than two hours including two songs by Clive, four songs(Ontario, Butterfly, Joke and 59 Yards) by Boo, and the rest sung by Eddi. According to Boo's own words, he will go to US for two weeks to make new songs with Clive and work with a US rock band. AND he hopes to put out his new album around February/March, along with Eddi's new album(yes!). He plans to do a tour with Eddi when Eddi's album comes out, and do another tour with Clive to support his album.

*According to Adrian Dover and his web site, Eddi will be heading to Elvis Costello's Country Barn Studio to record songs for ten days, based on her demos which she made with Roy Dodds. The musicians will include Roy Dodds, Boo Hewedine, Teddy Borowiecki, Tim Harries and Johnny Scott. Eddi intends to begin touring before the summer ends.
*According to Boo Hewerdine himself, Boo and Eddi will perform in Winter Comfort Gala dinner on April 3. It is a charity show, held by the supporters of Ruth Wyner and John Brock, who were jailed for unjust(it seems) reasons. (related to the benefit gig on Feb.21 too)

Eddi and Boo played sitting on the stools. Boo took lead on three tracks with Eddi singing together or doing backup. Eddi sung other tracks with or without Boo's backup. Eddi did play the guitar herself on about half of the songs.
Tracks 1, 5, 6 and 15 are from Boo's Thanksgiving and Baptist Hospital while track 3 is a new song by Boo. Track 2 is from Ron Sexsmith's Other Songs. Track 13 is a Gillian Welch song from Revival.
New Pretender is a Boo song and on his album Thanksgiving, but Eddi sang it on her own. On California, Eddi played the harmonica at the beginning. Blacksmith was a kind of surprise, sung a cappella by Eddi while Boo was tuning his guitar to play Hummingbird. Overall it's a very intimate and fascinating show.

*Eddi did three shows at Ronnie Scotts in Birmingham backed by Boo, Clive, Roy, Teddy and Tim Harries. Boo & Clive performed before Eddi for about 40 minutes. Eddi did some songs she had never performed publicly. On Oct.25 show, these songs were done:

Tracks 2 and 5 are new songs. Paper Wings is a Gillian Welch cover and The Girl... is by Boo Hewerdine and is going to be recorded for the new album. Track 15 is a Ron Sexsmith cover and in her words, she prefers it to On A Whim.
