屋台では特別に話さなくても品物を指差すだけでも食事できますが、次のような会話ができればなお良いでしょうね。
It is better to say the following conversations when you eat at the street stands, athough you can order the foods by just pointing out without any words.

1. 蚵仔煎を下さい。
   One, o5-a2-chian, please.
   
   Chit8 poaN5 o5-a2-chian.
   {Cidpvøaa øar-ciefn.}
   一盤蚵仔煎。
   
   cf: 場合によっては頭家(thau5-ke)、頭家娘(thau5-ke-niu5)を付け加える。
   　　By the cases, it is better to say Master(thau5-ke) or Ma'am(thau5-ke-niu).
   cf: 盤/poaN5/plate, 碗/oaN2/bowl, 杯/poe/cup



2. この料理はなんと言いますか。
   What is this food called?
   
   Cit-e5 chhai3 kio3-cho3 siaN2-mih8?
