料理とやきものの器
 
 料理は素材から始まります.季節季節、その日のよい素材を使い適切に調理することがよい料理の基本です.よいレシピをたくさん持っていることも重要ですが、美味しいものをいただくためにその日の素材によってレシピを変更する事もあります.
 器もまた料理の素材の一つです.素材と器をアレンジし、調理を行い、調和の取れた料理が出来上がります.器は食することはできませんが、素材の見た目を引き立てて料理のおいしさを高めることができます.器は料理の着物と言う言葉もありますが、出来上がってから料理にあう器を探す事もありますが、素材の調理と器の選択は並行して進んでいくことが理想です.器は料理の素材です.


 The dishes/cooking starts from the material. Cooking appropriately by using a good material on the day at the season is basic of a good dishes. It is more important to arrange it with the material on the day. To get the delicious one, recipe is changed with the material on the day.
 Dish/container is one of the materials of the dishes, too. The material and the dish are arranged, cooked, and the dishes that was able to take harmony is ready. Delicious of the dishes can be improved by dish favoring externals of the material though it cannot eat the dish. In the cooking, concurrently advancing is an ideal in cooking the material and the selection of the dish though there is looking for the container to encounter the dish after it completes though there is a word called the dress of the dishes, too. The dish is a material of the dishes.
