Deep Fried Shimi-konnayku

Ingredients
(2 servings)
4pieces Shimi-konnyaku , Bread crumbs as needed,
Frying oil as needed
A:Soy sauce 1.5tbsp(22.5ml) ,
Sweet sake 1.5tbsp, Soup stock 150ml,
Sugar 1.5tbsp
B:1Beaten egg , Flour 1cup (200ml),
1)Soak Shimikon in water about15mits
2)Cut Shimikon and put in boiling water for
10-15minutes.
3)Wash Shimikon ,then fastly squeeze it.
4)To boil Shimikon with A
Key point:
You
can keep it as frozen individual as
you-need packaging.
5)Cooled down stewed Shimikon,then mix B
6)Such as the image this as for ④look.
7)Mixed Shimikon cover the bread crumbs.
Heat the frying oil to between 170-180 ℃
,then put Shimikon in. After it cooks for a while, turn it over and fry
till golden brown.

can keep fried Shimikon as frozen,
