1. Pages in English

To tell the truth, I don't want to offer any pages in English, because any pages written in English is very hard to understand for people who does not learn English. However, I have to write my pages partly in English because people who use English as mother tongue would not use other languages! This is a great dilemma.

So, why I show my opinions in poor and broken English ? Because It is better than nothing !

2. What should we do?

I would like you to browse my Esperanto pages. Esperanto is fairer than any other languages, even if vocabulary and grammar in Esperanto is common in European languages, not in other (Asian or African) languages.

3. Recommending Browser

Any browsers are welcome, because most of my pages are composed of documents, not of images! Previously I used "Netscape Communicator(Japanese version)". and now I always use Firefox.

4. Content Negotiation

The provider I used (ASAHI-Net) offers a technique called "Content Negotiaion". This technique enable us not to be conscious of language.
For example, only one URL (ex. http://www.ne.jp/asahi/music/marinkyo/) show differently, depending a environment of browsers. The environment is variable on famous browsers. People who wants to use this technique only prepare various files which are described in one's preferable languages. I prepare three language for my toppages, the Japanese, the Esperanto and the English. It is very hard to maintain this technique because I could hardly write all the topics in three type languages!
