ERIC BURDON

One of the greatest white blues singers. He was a lead vocalist of the
Animals, who made the song "House of The Rising Sun" as a million seller
in 1964 and it became a rock classic. The Animals had many hit singles
like "Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood","We've Gotta Get Out of This Place",
"Inside-Looking Out","Don't Bring Me Down" etc., but they disbanded in
1966. Eric went to USA, and formed a new band, Eric Burdon and the Animals
in 1967. His new band also made hit singles like "San Franciscan Nights",
"Monterey","Sky Pilot" etc., but they disbanded again in 1968 while they
were touring Japan.

In 1970, Eric formed quite a new band named Eric Burdon and War. Their
debut single, "Spill the Wine" became second million seller for Eric.
After leaving War in 1971, Eric has been playing mainly as a solo artist
until 90s. In 1999, Eric changed his band's name from "i" band to the
new Animals.

No one can take away his music - he's a survivor!
