ウラベニホテイシメジ

This photo shows rather unusual way of growth. Usually the mushroom grow solitary or

apart each other. This is very famous edible mushroom in Japan with a little bitter taste.

Frost-like ornamentation on cap and round spots on cap and stem are characteristic of

this mushroom.
