Nasi Goreng


Serves 6

* 600g cooked rice ( cooled)
* 4 tbs Kecap manis
* 2 tbs tomato ketchup
* 5 tbs salad oil
* 5 shallost
* 2 cloves garlic
* 5 red chilies
* 1/2 tsp shrimp paste



* 1 cucumber
* 6 eggs
* 100g emping goreng
* 2 tbs fried shallot

Chop finely shallots, red chilies, shrimp paste.

2 Make fried egg and slice cucumber for garnish.

Heat the oil and fry 1 until fragrant.

Add the rice to 2 and fry stiring until well-blended. Add kecap manis and tomato ketchup.

Place on the serving plate and put sliced cucumber on the side, fried egg , emping goreng and fried shallots on top.
