There are 7 Hotels Service Counter (the Disney Ambassador Hotel, the Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta, the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel, the Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay, the Tokyo Bay Hotel Tokyu, the Sunroute Plaza Tokyo Hotel and the Hilton Tokyo Bay Hotel) on the first floor.
They provide Selling Passports for the Tokyo Disneyland Park, the Tokyo DisneySea Park and Baggage delivery to the hotels, etc.
Information Counter provides general services and information about the Resort.
