Ogasawara Is is located 1007km far from Tokyo. It takes 25.5 hours by ship, Ogasawara-maru. Ship is the only way to Ogasawara. There is no airport.
I visited JD1, Ogasawara at March 8-13, 1997 and operated satellite, AO-10.
