Code that has been applied NPL, it should not be "forced the public."
* This does not mean that "should not be public."

※これは「公開してはいけない」という意味ではありません。

As long as it is not contrary to the NPL,
it is possible to apply other licenses at the same time.
NPLに反しない限り、他のライセンスを同時に適用することが可能です。

If use or consult even a single line of code that has been applied NPL,
it must have applied the NPL to the destination code.
NPLが適用されているコードを一行でも使用または参考にする場合には、
参考先のコードにもNPLを適用しなくてはなりません。
