1942 Born in Tokyo. Later bred in my father’s home town Zao, Miyagi prefecture.
1964 The 1st one-man show of paintings at Fujiya Gallery, Sendai City.
Drew the indefinite forms with red, blue and yellow paints on the veneer boards.
Exhibited the paintings at the Sendai Independent Exhibition when I was in the 4th year of Tohoku University. 
Did the street performance with ITOI Kanji and KAMIJO Junjiro.
1965 SHIGA Hiroshi + SUZUKI Koh-ichi Joint Exhibition at Fujiya Gallery, Sendai City.
Started the building services design for the domestic and foreign projects at NIKKEN SEKKEI.
1974 The 2nd one-man show of paintings at Mudo Gallery, Ginza, Tokyo .
Stimulated by Jackson Pollock and tried the manner of action painting.
1975 The 3rd one-man show of paintings at Satoh Gallery, Ginza, Tokyo .
Exhibited the 10 pieces of paintings of the same form and different pattern.
1976 The 4th one-man show of paintings at Galerie 412, Omotesando, Tokyo.
Exhibited the many figures on the favorite sized canvases.
1977 KAMIJO Junjiro + SUZUKI Koh-ichi Joint Exhibition at Satoh Gallery, Ginza, Tokyo.
Exhibited the KAMIJO’s earthenware and wooden objects, and SUZUKI’s FRP lighting objects. 
1988 The 5th one-man show of paintings at Gallery Center Point, Ginza, Tokyo              
Exhibited the new figures on the favorite sized canvases.
1994 The 6th one-man show of paintings at Chichudo Gallery, Ginza, Tokyo .
Tried and exhibited  lots of figures and Japanese patterns.
2000 The 3rd MEITEN at  Ken-Min Gallery, Miyagi Prefectural Museum, Sendai City .
Exhibited one piece of lighting object, photo panels and paintings.

Played with the colors, combining many kinds of drawing techniques and manners.

The 4th MEITEN at SPACE R, Yoyogi, Tokyo. 
Exhibited 5 pieces of lighting objects, two paintings and 5 pieces of wooden relieves.
2003 The 10th one-man show of wooden reliefs / Playing with Wood at SPACE R, Yoyogi, Tokyo. 
Exhibited 43 pieces of wooden relieves in November.
2004 The 5th MEITEN at Ken-Min Gallery, Miyagi Prefectural Museum, Sendai City.
Exhibited 24 pieces of wooden relieves in May.
