Q5 I read the comparison tables of Sinhala and Japanese. Here, I noticed.
that the words compared here are very near sounds. And the sounds which
come to the head of words are the same. It was surprised. ( D. P )

A Correspondence of the words between Sinhala and Japanese are shown at the
forum of Sri Lanka Embassy in Tokyo.
There I had shown the correspondence words of nouns --- relatives /body
/sence / , and verbs --- or so.
Those similar words in Sinhala are chiefly based on the " Sinhala
- English dictionary " ( by Chalres Carter) published in Sri Lanka
in 1960s. In other words . I myself collected from the sinhalese in towns
or villages in Sri Lanka.
There were some old sinhala words in my table, so even the modern sinhalese
sometimes do not know those words.
I want to ask for all the Sinhalese living in the world that please check
and use the tables freely. You also can find corresponding words between
Sinhala and Japanese.
