Industrial shocking gods,MM's 2nd single off the album _Antichrist Superstar_
was released on multi format. (2CD single + this 10" vinyl) These
2 tracks on this vinyl are available elsewhere, but the point why you have
to buy is this flatter is pic-disc. The songs themselves are quite cool,
so don't worry about wasting your money for this. (1997/10/11)

1.I'd Do Anything For Love (But I Won't Do

2.Back Into Hell
Ultra havy weight vocalist Meat Loaf's 1st
single off the album _Bat out Of Hell II_.
This title track is nothing but a Meat Loaf
style, produced by Jim Steinman. This Operatic
sound is quite unique, and make him something
special vocalist. Yeah, his massive body
is good for him as vocalist, just the same
with opera singers. The duo with lady on
this track is good express for him and JS's
abilities as good vocalist and producer respectively.
But track.2 is boring, just an instrumental
track. Nothin' but a filler. (1999/01/15)

How the mighty falls................ The band used to be THE METAL GOD
is no more. Money brought by the success of black album changed them a
lot. No guts, no challenging, no passion, no energy, no no no..... They
lost everything except the GREED. Yes, they know how to make money, so
made the same album, they even titled RE-load this time. What the FUCK...
Musically, the first song "Fuel" is nice, typical post black
album sound, and this one rocks, yeah, it's good start. Well, you know
they know what the kids who became fans after black album came out want
from them. He, he, he... but 2nd track consumes the teenage spirits, the
appearance of Marianne Faithfull does Nothing to me and most of the fans
who've been respecting them for decade. The 3rd one is also weak, they
didn't recognized that this "Devil's Dance" is critically reviewd
on the net. Yes, it's totally crap. the 4th track is second version of
their hits on black album. He, he... Suck our money from our wallet asshole!!
Well, most of the song are boring, but I happened to like track.11 "Low
Man's Lyric". I felt this one is nice, maybe because of the fact that
I was fed up with arrays of shits, and this one is some kind of dime in
the piles of shit. The most beutiful thing in my mind was the fact that
I paid only 590 Japanese yen (Thanks Virgin Megastore!!) for this frisbee.

2tracks promo single by Bosstones. It's very Bosstones style again. You'll
never dissapointed with their materials as long as you're into Bosstones.
The same style they built up, I'm highly respected about that. The title
track is rocker, and the latter is a bit weak to me, but You should buy
regular album instead of this promo stuff. You can find more from them.

1st album fronted by Sammy Hagar (known
as frontman of Van Halen Mark. II). This
album contains rock classics (frequently
covered by rock bands grew up with listening
this album) like "Rock The Nation"
(covered by Tesla), "Space Station #5"
(covered by Iron Maiden, etc...).
This one is nothin' but a 70's rock music.
Song 'bout girls, rock ,music, etc... But
not exaggerated like songs later on. Just
hinted somehin' sexual.
This ain't killer, but it's true this is
a good rock classics of 70's. (1999/04/17)

Long-awaited first album from UK. They're playing the music only the Brit
can play. What makes them something special is their vocal harmony, I think.
Dual vocal parts become one main vocal part on almost very song on this
album. These days, almost all the musicians forget about this sound approach,
so this works. And melancholic atmosphere created by them. It's bitter-sweeted,
you know, life ain't easy, everybody has to face the departure from someone
they love in their lifetime, and have to revive from the depth of sadness.
That's what they are playing.
My personal favs are all songs except "Closing Time"( the song
for the man who drinks his sadness away at bar till it closes.), Neil Young's
cover "Ohio", and instrumental track "Take One" taken
from "Shine" CD-2.
If you are interested in them, then the very first thing you got to grab
is this full album, instead of buying singles. (1998/11/07)

9 tracks extra offering from Crue (with
Corabi on vox.). This disc was also entitled
as _Raw Tracks III_. This one contains solo
tracks by each member of the CRUE.
The first one "Planet Boom" is
Tommy Lee's track. His attitude is here.
You'll easily recognize the energy of rhythm
on this track. It's nice, but a bit outdated
when I picked this disc today.
The second track "Bittersuite"
is done by Mick Mars. This bluesy instrumental
is traditional one, and hardly feel something
new. But this doesn't mean boring, his emotional
playing is here.
And the third one "Father" is
recorded by Nikki Sixx. According to the
linernotes by himself, this tracks stems
from his chilhood memory.
Finally, the last one "Friends"
by John Corabi flows. Well, personally I
don't think he's great singer, but he managed
to sing this song well. This song reminds
me of some Queen classics, well, actually
what he did was far from what Mr.Mercury
and Co. did.
Track.5 is done by 4 members of the band,
but this is definitely outtake, and the same
thing apply to the rest of this disc, nothing
but fillers, except remix version of "Hooligan's
Holiday". Yeah, I wasted my money for
this disc. (1999/02/19)

This is Millennium edition of their first album. All tracks on previously available release (trk.1-9) are remastered this time, and the difference is well recognizable. Elektra version was poor sound quality, it seems they didn't know how to convert analogue master onto CD format. Well, the original sound quality is not as good as that of recent days. So it's a bit doubtful whether it's worth buying extra copy of this album for remastering. But they added incredible rarities of those days. 5 tracks on the rest of this album are those tracks. Those were used to be available thru bootleg trading, but this time it's original release. So the sound quality is absolutely beyond what those used to be available. The last of them is live version of "Merry Go Round". According to the interview with Nikki, written on the booklet, they played only few times on the stage, so this one is absolutely rare. Bootleg CD taken from radio show, so everytime Vince said "FUCK", it's edited, and DJ message is in the beginning of track.6. As you expected when you read this is the bootleg of radio show program, the sound quality of this disc is outstanding. The performance of the Crue was tight, there's no space for filler tracks. This is totally Crue greatest hits. Must item for all CRUE fans. (1999/04/24)

1st single from _Hey Man_ (4th album by them). The title track is so,so...... The 2nd track is weak to me, this ain't the song they should play, very pop ballad, totally crap. The 3rd track is old MR.BIG-ish song, but not as good as their previous hits. And live takes are good. But, I think, this stems from the fact first 3 tracks are boring, so that make some-not-bad-songs/takes nice. Just a trick of listening sequence. (1997/08/21)

European bands' 2nd album, I guess they
are from Belgium, but not for sure, well,
why should I care about this kind of shitty
band anyway. Well, the reason why I picked
up this album (from bargain bin full of used
CDs) is quit simple. This album is produced
by Harry Hess and Pete Lesperance - the main
men of Harem Scarem.
I got bunch of good reasons why I say they
are crap. Here we go...
1.No one has a good musicianship to play
music that someone willing to pay for.
2.Singer can't sing emotionally. He just
sings harshly. It seems he thinks such kind
of singing style is the only way to sing
rock music. Hasn't he heard anything except
NWOBHM records?
3.The band didn't have a message or somthing
want to be expressed thru music.
Thus, this flatter is totally shit. The
only good part on this album is keyboard
play by Harry Hess. I tried to filterize
all the shits by this band, and keep my ears
on Harry's keyboard playing. That's the only
thing I could. So I give 5 points for his
and my patiences.
And here's a message for Harry and Pete.
"You should hear the music, before
you accept producing albums of other bands.
'Cuz, the fact you produced this kind of
shit, your names and fames will become tinted."
