RICEBALL

RICEBALL is rice that comes in the shape of a fist-sized ball. We can put many things inside such as a little tangle ( KONBU ), roasted cod roe, a pickled Japanese plum ( UME ) and so on or mix the rice with something else before making a ball.

We usually carry some Riceballs to picnicks and on short trips or eat them as a midnight snack. We also serve them at parties because it is easy simple and very delicious. The shape of a riceball differs from people to people. We feel a human warmth in the Riceball.

This is why we have named our site gRICEBALLh.

We shall introduce you to traditional and modern culture in Japan and offer you some original Japanese-style goods in gRICEBALLh
