Nakanosima, Osaka

In 1969, an arrow-shaped raft floated from Kyoto (Uji River) and arrived at the eastern shore of Nakanoshima, Osaka (Dojima River).

In 2011, the raft resumed at the very spot, passing under 15 bridges and approached 7 kilometers closer to the sea.
