In the late 1960's, some ordinary old museums and galleries couldn't accept the diversification of artistic expression

in either their consciousness nor its system.

In 1967, an artist group <THE PLAY> was organized by some artists who based in west of Japan.

They were groping about their expression way by "Performance", and they looked for their express place to the out door.

<THE PLAY> is a fluid group, which invites participants for each time.
