Sakai independent Art Festival / Sakai Kanaoka Park, Gymnasium　　　　

e exhibThition called “Sakai independent Art Festival” was a uniqe type of art exhibition which I planned

and managed with Ryuzo Ota who was one of my classmates of university.

The Yomiuri Independant Exhibition came to an end due to a set of regulations issued by the Tokyo Metropolitan

Art Museum in 1964 and for several years afterwards artist-organized exhibitions were held in various parts of Japan

and I have actively participated in them. I stayed in cage with my cat, a clock, etc.
