/Gifu Independant Art Festival,the bank of the Nagara River, Gifu Prefecture

The Yomiuri Independant Exhibition came to an end due to a set of regurations issued by the were held

Tokyo Metoroporitan Art Museum in 1964 and for several years afterwards artist-organized exhibitions in

various parts of Japan and I have actiyely participated in them.

This work was exhibited in one such exhibition in Gifu.

I stayed in cage for a whole day under the scorching sun on the bank of the Nagara River.
