Building lot (70 m x 50 m) prefabricated houses, steel pipe scaffolding, paint　

/ Lot of Piasu Company, Kita-ku, Osaka

The structure was erected by assembling scaffolding in a cross 2.5 meters high,

and on its three sides I placed three prefabricated houses painted in blue, one on each side.

The remaining side was boarded and extended over to a hollow in the ground like a jetty.

Scattered around this structure were drum cans, tires, benches and other objects painted either
in blue or white which were discarded in the lot. BLUE CROSSING was a "station" and a "port" in a city
where people meet, pass through and communicate with other people.
