When I made contact with this Afghan station on 28MHz CW, Afghanistanwas in the middle of civil war. The equipments I used when I worked him, were JST135D and a small rotary dipole antenna 20 meters height. Peace has come to Afghanistan again. I hope many Afghan friends will enjoy amateur radio in peace.

　当時も紛争はありましたが、あまり気にせずにＱＳＯしたアフガニスタンです。28ＭＨｚＣＷでＱＳＯしました。設備はＪＳＴ１３５Ｄと２０ｍＨのＴＡ３１Ｊｒ（ロータリーＤＰ）でした。ＱＳＬのコンファームにも苦労しませんでした。

　以前より政情も安定して、確実なＱＲＶがあります。しかしながら、いまだに不安定な政情が続くアフガニスタン。2011年4月27日Ｔ６ＡＦを運用していた、James McLaughlin（ＷＡ２ＥＷＥ）さんが凶弾に倒れました。彼からのＱＳＬを受け取って２週間後の悲劇でした。

   


　The 88 Japanese hams succeeded to make contact with him on 50 MHz.
I found a short message like "Nice Going! 6M" on his QSL card.
I was deeply moved with his friendly words. In thoese days, I operatedham radio on 6 meters with JST135D and transverter HX650(tokyo hy-Power).


  ＪＡでは８８局が50ＭＨｚでＱＳＯに成功しています。ＱＳＬといっしょに「Ｎｉｃｅ　Going！6M」と書かれたメモが入っていたのには感動しました。
当時はＪＳＴ１３５ＤにトランスバーターHX650

　For these past several years, I don't receive a message of a signal fromKH1.
There seems to be a plan too of large-scale dx Pedition.
I was very glad that I was able to contact it by 50 MHz.

  １９９３年１月AH1Aと50ＭＨｚでＱＳＯ出来たのが非常にうれしかったです。ここ数年、ＫＨ１を聴いてませんでしたが、国際チームのK1Bが2002年４月下旬からQRV。５０MHｚを含め数多くのBAND・MODEでQSO出来ました。


HI8A（1992.Mar.15)

　This was the first Carribean country on 50 MHz for me.
I could hear his signals for about one hour via long path (220 degrees direction).
Also lots of Carribeas stations' signals were heard on the day.


  50MHｚで初めてQSOしたカリブ海のENTITYです。
ロングパスで２２０度方向から強力に約１時間ほど入感しました。
　他にも多くのカリブ海のStationが聞こえました。

 
　　　　　　　　
   EZ6DK（1999.May.18/2002.June.09)
 
　国の事情で２００６年８月からアマチュア無線を禁止しているトルクメニスタンです。それ以前は、結構アクティビティーもあったのです。
　２００６年ニヤゾフ大統領が急死するまで完全な独裁が続いていたようではありますが、アマチュア無線は辛うじて許されていたようです。
　しかし、後任のベルディムハメドフ現大統領になってからは、禁止されていたインターネットの解放を約束するなど、海外のＴＶの受信なども許されているようなのですが、なぜかアマチュア無線は禁止状態になっています。それで、近年全然ＥＺのコールを聴くことが出来ないんですね。
　クラスターのサバ―などで検索すると２０１１年にＥＺ８ＢＰ局が１４ＭＨｚ/ＣＷにＱＲＶしたようですが、その後は、ＥＺの局は現れていません。ＥＺ８ＢＰはソ連時代はＵＨ８ＡＢＰとして活躍していた局のようですね。
　早く正式にアマチュア無線の運用が解禁になることを期待するばかりです。
　当局にとって、ＥＺは結構貴重なエンティティーなので「駄目で元々」で過去にＱＳＯした ＥＺ６ＤＫ のＱＳＬをマネージャーの ＲＷ６ＨＳ に昨年１０月２６日に送ったところ、送付から１１１日後の本日ＱＳＬが届きました。
　１０年以上前の１９９９年と２００２年の交信ですが、Ｌｏｇがしっかり管理されているようで、間違いなく記載されたＱＳＬが届き、無事にＤＸＣＣにクレジットされました。

It is Turkmenistan prohibiting amateur radio communications by the circumstances of the country from August, 2006. There was the activity plenty before, too.
Complete autocracy seemed to continue until the niyazofu President died suddenly in 2006, but the amateur radio communications seemed to be barely permitted.
However, I promise liberation of the prohibited Internet after having become the berudimuhamedofu existing President of the successor, and the reception of overseas TV is permitted, but, as for the amateur radio communications, it is in a prohibition state for some reason. Thus in late years I can never hear a call of EZ.

The EZ8BP station seemed to do QRV in 14MHz/CW in 2011 when I search it in mackerel - of the cluster, but the station of EZ does not emerge afterwards. EZ8BP is like the station which played an active part as UH8ABP for Soviet Union Era.
I just hope that the use of amateur radio communications is lifted the ban on formally early.

After because EZ is a quite precious entity, "is no use, and originally" is past, and, for the authorities, sending EZ6DK no QSL which did QSO on RW6HS ni October 26, last year of the manager; 111 days after the sending QSL reached it today.
It was communication of 1999 and 2002 more than ten years ago, but Log seemed to be managed well, and listed QSL certainly reached it, and it was done credit safely by DXCC.

        ３Ｙ０ＰＩ (1994.Feb.12)

　This is that! Peter I island, wow!
I called them day after day with a dipole antennain in the first and probably the last huge dog pile.
Yes, all my efforts proved fruitless, hi.


  ピーターⅠ世島です。
世界中からの猛烈なパイルを浴びていました。当然のことながら連日Ｃａｌｌしましたが、歯が立ちません。
アンテナがロータリーＤＰでしたから当然ではありますが。
　But the godess of radio smiled on me one day! In the end of their DX-pedition,I woke up late at night.
Nature was calling me, hi.
I entered my shack, then I turned on my rig.
　I really got their signal on 14 MHz SSB. I called them....maybe I shouted....for 30 minutes.
Fortunately, I succeeded to make contact with them.
Was I lucky!
 My XYL was lying on the bed with an amazed look when I open the bedroom door....wish me luck!


  ぺディションも終盤、もうあきらめていた頃、夜中に何気なくトイレに行ったときに聴いてみると聞こえました。真夜中にＣａｌｌすること３０分なんとか14ＭＨｚ・ＳＳＢでＱＳＯしました。ＸＹＬに呆れられたのは言うまでもありません。

　QRV from PeterⅠIsland by a magnificent plan again for a for 12 years.
It was a beyond comparison powerful signal in those days for 1994 years.
　I was moved by reliable receipt of a message technique with speedy ofan operator.


  12年ぶりに壮大な計画により再びピーター１世島からのQRVが始まった。
９４年当時では想像も付かないほど強力に入感。
オペレーターのスピードのある確実なパイルをさばくテクニックには感動した。
