■話題になるニュースといえば、ほとんどが不幸な事件ばかりですが、今回と りあげたのも、113人が死亡した不幸な事件です。離陸前パイロットがエンジン の不調を訴えていたことから、当初はエンジントラブルと考えられていました が、タイヤがパンクし、その破片が燃料タンクを破損したようです。もしそう なら、今まで同様の事故が起きなかったことが不思議で、このことはコンコル ドに限らず、あらゆる航空機にいえるではと、ちょっとぞっとしました。
