Welcome to my homepage. My name is Shinichi-Kamijo. I am one amateur who creates the amplifier by the hobby.

A main content of my homepage is a report of my self-made power amplifier published in the MJ magazine before.
I hope for imagination of everybody to be stimulated even a little by my homepage.

I challenged the use of various device to the final stage of the power amplifier.
And, My original circuits were designed by utilizing the characteristic of the devices.

My principle is not to change the sound with the amplifier.
The distortion and the noise have been decreased by devising the circuit as much as possible.
I think that I should lower the output impedance of the amplifier, and drive the speaker powerfully to obtain the high fidelity sound from the speaker.

The super triode connection is a circuit which used the triode instead of the feedback resistance in the NFB amplifier.

Ver.3 is a method of raising the voltage amplification degree by lowering the rate of the feedback of Ver.2.

This amplifier interstage is AC coupling composed of CR.

Super triode connection Ver.4 idea.
Ver.1 is a feedback to the grid. Also, Ver.2 is a feedback to the cathode. And, Ver.4 is a feedback to the anode.

Ver.5 is a circuit where the inverting amplifier in two stages was added to Ver.4. And, the output stage is a cathode grounded amplifier.

Super triode connection drive 6C33C-B single ended push pull OTL. stereo.
6C33C-B of the final stage is driven by the super triode connection of the minor loop NFB. Therefore, the output impedance falls, and the distortion has decreased.

Ip + Isg outputs EL509 4parallel single ended push pull OTL. stereo.
This is a semi-transformerless method which operates in the AC 100V line. It is high power though it is a compact size.

Non-NFB, class  A 2SB753/2SD843 complementary SEPP.
The emitter resistance was abolished with the automatic bias control system. Therefore, the output impedance is low.

Water-cooled, non-NFB, class A 2SB753/2SD843 complementary SEPP.
Because the amplifier unit is put in Speakers box, the speaker cable is unnecessary. The system by this exactly drives the speaker directly.

Non-NFB class AB 2SJ49/2SK134 4parallel SEPP. stereo.
Because the final stage by MOS-FET is inverted darlington circuit, the output impedance is low.

Voltage mirror is a very strong minor loop NFB.

Ultra low on resistance MOS-FET 2SK1380 single ended. stereo.
Because Cascode stage is class B SEPP, a big output can be efficiently taken out.
And, because VDS is extremely low though output stage is class A single ended which operates by a big idling current, the channel dissipation is small.
