Do you want to know more of yourself? 
eYouf are a dynamic system that is more than just body and mind. 
You need to understand the system as a whole. Body is not a container of mind,
 and mind is not a content of body. 
This workshop will help understanding the system through body movements
 based on Butoh and other Japanese physical exercise.
You
will learn about yourself and the relation between you and society

through bodily experience rather than intellectual knowledge.

TEACHER:
Itto
Morita (performing for 20 years) as known as Toshiharu Kasai, a
Japanese Butoh dancer/dance therapist/Professor of body psychology
within behavioral and cognitive psychology at Sapporo Gakuin University
in Japan.

a set of suitable clothing for movement.We would work barefeet, and
there are several exercises in the lying down position.
