S.E.A.
released many of mandarin songs.
and this song title was change but original
is "Crazy world" by Chou Husan

This is HMV label.
HVM is one of the old label of EMI
But before WW2 in China ,Victor use DOG mark.
In S.E.A EMI have right of use DOG mark.

This label is may be local label in Singapore and
Malaysia.
But label style is very look like Pathe.
I think this label had connection in EMI.
