The rear left corner part of the western Iwan of the Friday Mosque in Isfahan.
As it is made of exposed bricks, it is not a superficial decoration but a structural
composition. However, it is not considered to be a possible formation
by only piling bricks. It might have narrowly come into existence
by partially installing timber skeletons behind, along with mortar adhesion.
