９６.一草園

JR阿佐ヶ谷駅ガード下すぐ北側に「一草園」という民家の庭を開放した一角がある。
出入り自由で増えた植物は無料で分けてもらえるそうだ。
庭園というよりも自然に任せた庭造りに好感が持てる。
ガーデニングとは無縁なナチュラルさ。
勝手に植物が育っているという雰囲気がよい。
本当の意味での「土地の有効利用」って何もしない土の空間を残す事かもしれないな。

96 .The Issoen

There’s a garden of a private house called “Issoen” at just north side of 
the railroad bridge, and they say that when it’s opened, we can go into the
 garden freely and keep some plants which grow there. 
It seems to be a garden left as it is rather than manmade one, and I prefer 
this kind of garden. 
It’s so natural to be irrelevant to the gardening. 
I like the atmosphere that the plants are growing on their own. 
The real “Useful way of using land” might be to leave a part of the ground 
as it is, I think.
