９１.ラピュタ阿佐ヶ谷３〜土の匂い〜

１階がフリースペース。２階がミニシアター。
そして３階と４階がレストランになっている。
古墳の石室の内部のような造りがおもしろい。
店主のメッセージが書かれたパンフを読むと
「作り手の分かる物。安心出来る人、原点に戻った仕事をめざす」
と記されていた。
素材にこだわりがある通り、温野菜や焼き立てのパンは非常に美味だ。
そう。
土の匂いがするのだ。
「ラピュタ阿佐ヶ谷」にはいたる所に土がある。
もしかするとこの建物自体、生き物かもしれないね。

91. LAPUTA ASAGAYA ~ part 3 ~
~ The smell of the soil ~

The first floor is a free space. The second floor is a small movie house. 
And the third and the fourth floors are a restaurant called “Yamaneko-Ken”. 
The structure of the building is distinctive, like a stone hut inside a tomb. 
As I read the message in the pamphlet written by the storekeeper, it says this: 
”The kitchen food by which you could know the maker. Always with the aim of 
being someone you could trust, and carrying out our original intention.” 
This particular restaurant has delicious vegetable dishes and bread served hot�
from the oven. 
That’s it. They smell of the soil. 
They have soil everywhere in “LAPUTA ASAGAYA”. 
Possibly the whole building is a living thing.
