４１.未舗装の裏道

未舗装の小路がある。
もちろん車は入れない。
ケヤキが覆い被さるような場所で
駅前だというのに普段はひっそりしている。
しかし、秋祭りの時には神輿が据え置かれる。
おそらく神聖な場所として
昔から残されてきたのだろう。
ひとりで歩くと妙に落ち着くとっておきの路だ。
でも数年に一度、大きくなり過ぎたケヤキの枝を落としてしまうのは
残念でならないんだけどね。

41. Unpaved Back Street

There's an unpaved alley. Of course, a car cannot enter.
In a place where Zelkova trees stand close together, they cover and cover. 
There's a silence usually, even this close to the station. 
However, a portable shrine called mikoshi is set.
Most likely it has been left behind since ancient times as a sacred place. 
Walking alone in this place is the best way to wind down wonderfully.
To my regret, the branches of Zelkovas which have become
too large must be cut down.
