Once every several years, we have heavy snow here in Tokyo. Such a morning is the time when we’d better go out to Nakasugi Avenue. When the rime basks in the morning sun, zelkova roadside trees glitter brightly as if they are an icy tunnel. Or they look like confectionaries covered with sugar.
